MEET THE T-BELL

Optimal Training for Athletes of All Ages

SAFE | EFFECTIVE| INNOVATIVE

What Is the T-Bell?

Compact and lightweight, the T-Bell is a piece of training equipment that builds the essential foundation for long-term strength and performance! The T-Bell serves as a progression tool to help athletes advance safely and effectively while strengthening the core, posterior chain, glutes, and quadriceps.

Individuals new to strength training, young athletes developing proper lifting techniques, athletes in post-injury rehabilitation, and even seasoned athletes looking to perfect form and accelerate results can benefit from using the T-Bell.

Secret of the T-Bell

The T-Bell’s “patent pending” biomechanical design engages the correct muscles, promotes proper form, and protects the spine. By keeping the weight closer to the center of gravity, aligned with the spine and hips, the T-Bell strengthens the core and trunk muscles, keeps stress off spinal discs, and provides a solid base for a lift.  This develops the posterior muscle chain (including the biceps femoris, gluteus maximus, erector spinae muscle group, trapezius, and posterior deltoids), building powerful strength and form.

Stamp of Approval

"The T-Bell is simply the best introductory tool for athletes to safely and effectively learn proper lifting form. This device allows the weight to stay closer to the spine, which reduces the chance of injury. Athletes can learn to use their hips and legs and get a phenomenal full body workout with its multi-exercise capability! The T-Bell is the first product that I have felt is deserving of an overwhelming stamp of approval!"

Story Behind the T-Bell

The T-Bell is the brainchild of a former collegiate football player and former coach, Robert Acuna, Jr., who underwent one back surgery, two reconstructive shoulder surgeries, and five knee surgeries. It helped him resume an active athletic lifestyle while recovering from surgery.

As a former coach committed to developing youth athletes, Robert saw a huge void in teaching kids proper lifting technique in educational settings. He developed the T-Bell as an ideal teaching tool.

After testing countless prototypes, incorporating feedback from physical therapists, D-1 strength and conditioning coaches, and personal trainers, the T-Bell was finally designed. The T-Bell is perfect for youth athletes, lifters with previous injuries, and anyone who wants to safely and painlessly build greater strength and performance.

Who Is It For?

Coaches and Trainers

Weight training injuries are common, and can include herniated or ruptured spinal disks, as well as fractures and low back injuries. Fortunately, most injuries are preventable with proper training.[i] The T-Bell reduces the stress and risks associated with training young athletes because it reduces injuries by teaching and developing proper lifting technique from the start.  The T-Bell promotes proper form, protects the spine, and develops a solid strength base, which keeps parents happy knowing that their kids are learning how to lift safely and with little to no risk of injuries.

The T-Bell is a versatile, scientifically designed tool to properly teach young athletes and reduce total equipment expenses.  The T-Bell is compact and lightweight, allowing more students/athletes to work out simultaneously in a limited space, and prevents the hassle of weights and equipment cluttering up hallways and locker rooms.

The T-Bell benefits your training program as follows:

- Safer training for young athletes

- Advanced, compact, biomechanical design
